Pet Friendly Vancouver Hotel
We are proud to be a pet friendly Vancouver hotel. At Cascadia Hotel & Suites Vancouver we understand that your cat or dog is an important member of your family. This is why we encourage you to travel with them! In order to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, below are a few guidelines for your information along with the additional fees incurred to accommodate our furry friends.
Services, Guidelines & Fees for Pets
- A $75 non-refundable sanitation fee will apply to cover additional cleaning costs after your stay.
- One pet per room and must be under 20 pounds.
- Quiet time in the hotel is 11:00 pm.
- Pets must be leashed while in public areas of the hotel.
- We prefer that your pet is not left unattended in your room, however if this is unavoidable, you must inform the front desk and leave a contact phone number should your pet become agitated.
- Please arrange a convenient time with the front desk when you will be leaving the room with your pet so that our housekeeping team can service your room.
- If your pet causes either damages to the guest room or a disturbance that affects other guests, additional charges will be incurred and processed onto your credit card automatically.
- There are certain areas of the hotel where pets are not permitted, including the restaurant and bar, meeting rooms and fitness centre.
